Disaster Restoration Before & After Photos

A homeowner experienced a devastating fire that severely damaged the basement and several other areas of the home. Our team managed the entire project—from initial mitigation to full reconstruction. Our project manager, Chris, completely rebuilt the basement, which includes new electrical, Life Art blue cabinetry, fresh drywall, tile, and beautiful oak luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring. The home was fully restored with durable, modern finishes to bring it back better than ever!

When a delivery truck rolled down a hill and crashed into a home in Decatur, GA, the homeowner quickly contacted their insurance agency to file a claim. After filing the claim, the homeowner selected Level Creek from the insurer's preferred network of repair specialists. The crash caused significant damage to the home's framing, siding, insulation, windows, drywall, and flooring. The project manager replaced the damaged materials, restoring the Northeast Atlanta property to its pre-loss condition.
