A family’s home in Roswell, GA, experienced a water heater burst that caused significant damage to the flooring. The water loss clean-up and mitigation process involves quickly drying the flooded home to prevent mold growth, removing water stains, and checking for moisture in surrounding areas. A homeowner in Roswell, Ga experienced a water leak originating in their bathroom's shower pan. The shower pan is typically the last layer under the shower floor that protects the home's foundation. The water pooled under the shower pan and left water spots on the ceiling of the floor below. Chris, the project manager, detected the leak, cleaned/removed the debris, repaired the shower, and rebuilt the space. How beautiful is this shower!?

A severe storm, potentially a tornado, caused significant damage to a home in Cumming, GA. During the storm, at least two trees fell, piercing the home and created holes in the siding and roof. Water entered the home through these openings, and power was lost. The deck was also completely destroyed by storm winds and trees that fell.
