Very satisfied with Level Creek! Travis came out the next day to assess the situation and Gustavo came out and did a thorough job cleaning up the area that was damaged by fecal matter. Gustavo was very quick and discarded everything that was damaged, removed the carpet, and cleaned the walls!! He assured me all along the way that he was there to take care of the situation and that I didn’t have anything to worry about! He was right! Thank you!

One of our classroom trailers at church had a water pipe leak from the cold weather. The trailer was flooded. Level Creek came out and opened the floor and found water standing between the floor joists with the insulation soaked. Because the trailer had a crawl space, they worked from underneath, removing the under fabric and wet insulation. They strayed all floor joists with a sanitizing spray and left numerous dehumidifiers running. The team, Gustavo and Jose, did an outstanding job. I would recommend them. Thanks guys, great job.

As soon as Steve reached out to us we knew this was the company to do the rebuild. At the time we had a water leak in our house. We had a flooded upstairs bathroom that caused quiet a bit of damage on multiple levels of the home. Biggest damage was caused to our hardwood flooring on the main level of the house. Instead of dealing with multiple sub contractors myself for the demo, drywall, tile work, hardwood repair, refinish, painting, etc I decided to let Level Creek handle all of it as recommended by our adjuster at Travellers Insurance. Best decision I made. Our project manager, Travis, handled everything from day 1 to day 60 (yes day 60). He walked us through everything step by step, gave us unbiased suggestions, provided insight, and made sure we were happy at every step. I've recommended Level Creek to another family friend already who's home also flooded not long ago, and will recommend them to anyone dealing with a homeowners insurance claim to restore their home back to the same as it was, seamlessly as possible.UPDATED REVIEW: We had another flood, this time in the basement. Gustavo and Jose came to the rescue same day with VERY short notice to start inspecting the issue and get a game plan for the mediation. They were back the next day to start cleaning up, setting up fans/dehumidifiers to start the drying process. The constant communication and updates from Gustavo was beyond my expectations. This is why I called Level Creek again for our mediation/repairs, because they have true professionals handling the unexpected workload of a disaster in your home from start to finish.

We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink that was going on for about 24-28 hours!! It was enough to leak down to bedroom in the basement! All this JUST before Thanksgiving :( :( Travis and Gustavo were our Supermen, They worked around all my family plans for Thanksgiving and got the job done :) :) :) :) Both were very professional, thorough, kind , understanding how to get it all done with the least amount of time and confusion for me :) :) THANK YOU so much, it went much smoother working with you guys. Gustavo did an above and beyond job. He did our demolition and mitigation work after a water damage incident. He was incredibly respectful, punctual, and informative. He got the entire job done impressively quickly, and managed to keep the entire area extremely clean the whole time. And importantly, his communication was excellent throughout the entirety of the process. I legitimately cannot think of anything he could’ve done better. I can’t recommend Gustavo from Level Creek Property enough! After our basement flooded due to a broken hot water heater, they responded quickly and handled everything with professionalism and care.
