In February 2013, my house burned down, & it was deadly. Level Creek & their crew came in & did a master piece of a rebuild. Kind, compassionate, some even teared up with me. They were totally understanding. I will never forget the workers who took my mother’s bedroom carpet up, & it took about 6 of them to carry it down the stairs, & lay it out on the ground, so I could go thru piece by piece to see if I could salvage anything of my mom’s!!! "Having a tree fall on your house is never good. Having a tree fall on your house when you're 88, seriously compromised, and in the midst of a pandemic is even worse. But this happened to my mom. We struggled to find a contractor in rural Hartwell, Georgia, but happened upon Level Creek. What a blessing that was. They responded immediately, came out to the property, provided a realistic estimate for repairs, and upon being hired worked almost to their time frame - bad weather continued to play a part in repairs, so I can't really blame them! There work was excellent, but even better, was the fact that if we questioned something, or something wasn't quite right, they made it right. I was pleasantly surprised and completely impressed. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to our Project Manager, Ashlee. She provided regular updates, options when necessary, reassurance when anxieties soared, and she did so with composure and a sense of humor. Her compassion to the stressful situation we were in was extremely comforting. I can't thank Level Creek enough for their excellent work, and Ashlee for making this entire process a whole lot more bearable! Would I recommend them? Absolutely!! Would I hire them again - Well, let's hope no more trees fall on my mom's house....but if they do - I'd hire them in a heartbeat!"

I recently discovered mold under my kitchen sink. Not sure what to do i contacted Travis S from Level Creek Property Restoration. He came out the same day I called. He checked the area under my sink and verified I had mold. Having never had this issue before, I had no idea what to do and I had quite a few questions. Travis answered each one of them. He was patient and very helpful. I've contacted him several times with more questions and advice and he has always called me back. I would recommend this company (and Travis) to anyone that has a mold issue. You will not regret it!

The bedside manner in the communication are fantastic. We had some minor issues with our contractors and level Creek figured and straighten everything out and ensure the job is done correctly. They possess great communication skills & go above & beyond to make sure all of the homeowner’s questions are answered correctly & in a timely manner.

Luxury vinyl plank was installed downstairs in my townhome. Steve B, the project manager was very personable and knowledgeable. Mike Hagen and his crew members installed the flooring. They were nice, efficient with time, and cleaned up after the job was completed. I would definitely hire them again!

Right before the Christmas holidays, I experienced a flood on my main level that traveled down to my finished basement as well. I was beyond distraught as I had recently had my entire 1st floor hardwoods refinished. With the recommendation from my insurance co (Travelers - who was GREAT btw), I selected Level Creek Property Restoration to manage the project and complete the repairs.I was assigned a project manager, Travis S, who turned out to be one of the BEST PMs I have ever worked with! Level Creek could not have a finer individual representing them in their business. He was quick to respond, handled all communications with the insurance company including identifying additional repairs needed that the adjustor had missed. He was very punctual, communicative and truly supportive throughout the project.Travis stayed on top of all the work being done and ensured it was done to MY satisfaction. In addition to being a fantastic PM, he is also just a really GOOD person! This was a very difficult time in my life and without a person like Travis managing the whole process, I'm not sure I would have gotten through it.If you find yourself in need, I highly recommend Level Creek. I especially recommend Travis S as your PM if you're fortunate enough to have a choice!

My insurance recommended them, and I am glad. They were very professional and proud of their craft. Restorations are stressful but they took care of everything. David Payne was awesome, he made things easier for us, going to the store to get items we couldn't find anywhere. His calm demeanor made it so much easier. Level Creek Property Restoration and PM Steve Brown and Foreman Miguel did an amazing job from start to finish on reconstruction of our property which experienced 3 levels of water damage. They were always on time, courteous, clean & respectful of our home. We experienced a major loss & they finished all of our work within 3 weeks as promised with top notch quality workmanship.
