Service with Level Creek was great! Travis was our contractor and did an excellent job and helping our house be put back together after some water damage. He was on point with everything from start to finish.

We had a flooded upstairs bathroom that caused quiet a bit of damage on multiple levels of the home. Biggest damage was caused to our hardwood flooring on the main level of the house. Instead of dealing with multiple sub contractors myself for the demo, drywall, tile work, hardwood repair, refinish, painting, etc I decided to let Level Creek handle all of it as recommended by our adjuster at Travellers Insurance. Best decision I made. Our project manager, Travis, handled everything from day 1 to day 60 (yes day 60). He walked us through everything step by step, gave us unbiased suggestions, provided insight, and made sure we were happy at every step. I've recommended Level Creek to another family friend already who's home also flooded not long ago, and will recommend them to anyone dealing with a homeowners insurance claim to restore their home back to the same as it was, seamlessly as possible.

We experienced a water pipe leak in our guest room closet. It’s amazing that only a tiny pin point leak can result in damage to carpet and walls. Andy and his team came to our home to start mitigation. The mitigation crew cut out damaged walls and pulled up wet carpet. The crew kept everything organized and clean. Andy recommended a plumber that was able to identify and fix the pipe leak. Andy and his team were very responsive and kept us updated every step of the mitigation process. We begin the restoration process tomorrow. We are glad to be working with Level Creek Property Restoration.

Level Creek was recommended by our insurance agent after we had a flooding/water damage event occur. Level Creek responded within 24 hours of the even and started the mitigation work. We also used Level Creek for the rebuild and restoration work. All work was performed satisfactorily and completed within 10 weeks of the event. We had a chimney leak which eventually made its way down into our living room and caused damage to our hardwood floors. We contacted Level Creek and they arrived the next day to assess the situation and put a plan into place. The entire Level Creek team was fantastic! Our project manager David was involved in every part of the restoration. From repairing the leak, to patching the drywall, to the floor refinishing, they were always professional. The owner Andy even stopped in to check on the work. Highly recommended for any restoration project. You won’t be disappointed. They worked directly with our insurance company which made it was easy for us too!

Great Company. They quickly came out and handled the clean up from a pipe that flooded part of the basement. They handled all the repairs quickly and made sure to keep us informed on exactly what was being done and when throughout the process. Would recommend them anytime.

Our construction manager Dave was very nice gentleman and addressed all questions and concerns when brought up! Water leak was the original cause of the damage.
