A homeowner, insured by Liberty Mutual, initially contacted us to inspect the property after suspecting a water leak. The water leak damaged several areas of the home. This before-and-after features the flood cuts made within the drywall of the upstairs bathroom. Flood cuts are made by cutting out and removing sections of drywall that are impacted by water damage. This technique involves minimal demolition above where the water reaches, which prevents further moisture damage and mold.
A Duluth homeowner, insured by Allstate, contacted us after a bathroom leak left their flooring and ceiling saturated with water. Drying fans, moisture meters, dehumidifiers, and cleaning agents helped stabilize the area and prevent mold growth. Once fully dry, the reconstruction team installed new flooring to match the rest of the home. The wet drywall was also replaced with brand new sheetrock and fresh paint.
Even minimal damage can lead to big problems. Summer storms can pop up anywhere causing damage great and small. We are here to help.
