A laundry room flood left a trail of damage throughout this home in Cumming, Georgia. The leaking water spread down the hallway and even leaked down into the basement. As a repair contractor preferred by State Farm, the homeowner contacted us to handle the repairs. After structural drying, the reconstruction crew installed brand new flooring and drywall. It's always a good idea for homeowners to meet with their insurance agent at least once a year to ensure you have the proper coverage in the case of unexpected water damage like this. 

After an accidental house fire, a homeowner in Cumming was unsure how to navigate the repair process. Smoke, soot, and odor lingered throughout the property, leaving her with overwhelming concern. After the homeowner consulted with her Allstate agent and filed a claim, she contacted Level Creek to manage the entire restoration process. The approved scope of repairs included fire mitigation, smoke and soot removal, structural and contents cleaning, debris removal, and the rebuild. The Level Creek team worked directly with the homeowner's insurance provider to restore the home to pre-loss condition!
