We had a flooded upstairs bathroom that caused quiet a bit of damage on multiple levels of the home. Biggest damage was caused to our hardwood flooring on the main level of the house. Instead of dealing with multiple sub contractors myself for the demo, drywall, tile work, hardwood repair, refinish, painting, etc I decided to let Level Creek handle all of it as recommended by our adjuster at Travellers Insurance. Best decision I made. Our project manager, Travis, handled everything from day 1 to day 60 (yes day 60). He walked us through everything step by step, gave us unbiased suggestions, provided insight, and made sure we were happy at every step. I've recommended Level Creek to another family friend already who's home also flooded not long ago, and will recommend them to anyone dealing with a homeowners insurance claim to restore their home back to the same as it was, seamlessly as possible.

We had a chimney leak which eventually made its way down into our living room and caused damage to our hardwood floors. We contacted Level Creek and they arrived the next day to assess the situation and put a plan into place. The entire Level Creek team was fantastic! Our project manager David was involved in every part of the restoration. From repairing the leak, to patching the drywall, to the floor refinishing, they were always professional. The owner Andy even stopped in to check on the work. Highly recommended for any restoration project. You won’t be disappointed. They worked directly with our insurance company which made it was easy for us too!

Service with Level Creek was great! Travis was our contractor and did an excellent job and helping our house be put back together after some water damage. He was on point with everything from start to finish.

Mine and my husband’s church flooded in the basement and Level Creek was quick to come help. Their Project Manager, Travis, did an excellent job of moving things along and helping anyway he could. The mitigation team was a huge help and got everything cleaned up.We definitely recommend Level Creek for all your restoration needs.
