"Having a tree fall on your house is never good. Having a tree fall on your house when you're 88, seriously compromised, and in the midst of a pandemic is even worse. But this happened to my mom. We struggled to find a contractor in rural Hartwell, Georgia, but happened upon Level Creek. What a blessing that was. They responded immediately, came out to the property, provided a realistic estimate for repairs, and upon being hired worked almost to their time frame - bad weather continued to play a part in repairs, so I can't really blame them! There work was excellent, but even better, was the fact that if we questioned something, or something wasn't quite right, they made it right. I was pleasantly surprised and completely impressed. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to our Project Manager, Ashlee. She provided regular updates, options when necessary, reassurance when anxieties soared, and she did so with composure and a sense of humor.
