I experienced a water leak that damaged my home, starting from my 2nd floor bathroom which traveled downstairs to my den (Women's Cave) laundry room and kitchen which caused major damage and disorder in my home over several months. My insurance company Allstate gave me the choice of getting the check myself or choosing a company to manage the project and oversee the repairs. I chose the latter option. I was assigned Level Creek Property Restoration Co. and Chris Webb was my project manager. From my initial meeting with Chris he discovered there were missing repairs that needed to be included in my claim and HE would communicate them to my Allstate claim adjuster. I knew right then I had made the "RIGHT DECISION"! The biggest PLUS for me was instead of me dealing with alot of different sub-contractors to do the work I only had to deal with 1 person!! When the work began on my home, every time we started in a different room, Chris was there to make sure I was introduced to the repairmen and to cover expectations from the beginning to the end. Chris was so attentive, keeping in constant contact with me to make sure I was pleased with the work performed and happy with the progress.
