A water leak left this Snellville home with both interior and exterior damage. The walls were stained with water spots, and exterior cracks in the home's structure allowed moisture to continue to enter the space. After thoroughly drying the area and removing the damaged materials, the contractors prepared the property for rebuilding. Throughout the rebuild, the project manager coordinated with the homeowner's insurance provider to confirm that the necessary repairs were covered. 

When strong storm winds and possible hail caused a tree to fall onto this homeowner's deck, the damage was severe. Unfortunately, the deck was destroyed and completely unsafe. Our repair contractors responded quickly to remove the debris and fallen tree. Our project managers coordinated with the homeowner's insurance provider, confirming the scope of repairs aligned with the approved estimate.
