Water Damaged Ceiling and Mold Removal
After a storm damaged the roof, the interior of the home was vulnerable to water damage. During mitigation, mold was found within the drywall. The water leak left both water stains and mold damage throughout the ceilings, drywall, and flooring. Level Creek handled everything from emergency water removal, board up, mold remediation, and reconstruction.

Wet Ceiling Demolition and Restoration
The windstorm damaged the roof shingles, leaving the interior of the home vulnerable to water damage. The wet ceilings collapsed, leaving wet drywall and insulation on the hardwood floors. The mitigation technicians utilized moisture meters to determine which drywall and flooring materials needed to be completely removed.

Abatement and Mold Cleanup Services
After removing the water-damaged materials, the area is thoroughly cleaned to eliminate existing mold and prevent future growth. This includes cleaning the subfloor and the exposed structural components where the drywall was removed. Our technicians use professional abatement techniques to ensure the area is properly treated.

Wet Drywall and Flooring Replacement
After mitigation and remediation were completed, our reconstruction team fully remodeled the living room. We installed brand new engineered wood flooring and stained it to match the existing design. Additionally, we installed new drywall, insulation, and textured ceilings. Lastly, we also installed new light fixtures, completed electrical work, added trim, painted, and replaced the baseboards.
