Our project manager went out to help our customer in Suwanee, GA on water damage to the home.
Great Work, David!!
We recently restored a property manager's rental home in Suwanee, Georgia after a water leak destroyed the house. The project included replacing the toilets, installing new LVP flooring, painting the bathrooms and master bedroom, and updating the vanity. Due to the amount of water damage, we also repaired the sheetrock under the flooring. The result is a completely refreshed and move-in ready rental property!
After a frozen pipe burst caused major water damage, we fully restored and upgraded the kitchen. The project included installing brand-new cabinets, a stylish tile backsplash, and updated appliances, along with necessary repairs to the sheetrock and plumbing. The result is a modern, functional kitchen with a fresh look—completely transformed from the damage left behind.
The drainage line is a portion of the plumbing system that carries wastewater away from the property. A drainage issue caused water to leak throughout the Lilburn home, damaging the ceilings and walls. After emergency mitigation was completed, the property was thoroughly cleaned in preparation for rebuilding. The scope of repairs, covered by Allstate, included content manipulation, drywall repairs, finish carpentry, trim work, and painting.
Water damage to your home is never a fun way to start a day. This home out of Sugar Hill, GA had water damage upstairs and downstairs.
Today we are featuring the bathroom.
Great work, David and team!
