A homeowner insured by Travelers contacted us to repair their Loganville home after water damage. The mitigation and plumbing team and stopped the water leak and immediately began mitigation. Initial steps include locating where the leak started, turning off the water supply, and begin stabilizing the area. Air movers, dehumidifiers, and additional fans were installed to lower humidity. After remediation and drying techniques, the reconstruction crew completely rebuilt the space to pre-loss condition. With the approval of the homeowner and adjuster, the scope of work included emergency service, mitigation with air movers and dehumidifiers, cleaning with anti-microbial agents, tear out unsalvageable materials, water extraction, and containment through encapsulation. Additional repairs include content manipulation, drywall installation, painting, tile installation, and replacing fixtures.
