Water Mitigation with Drying Fans and Dehumidifiers
An overflow in the upstairs bathroom left allowed water to seep into the garage ceiling below. Dehumidifiers and drying fans were used to decrease moisture levels and stabilize the area.
Water Extraction in Damaged Sheetrock
The bathroom leak left water damage throughout the sheetrock on the ceiling below. To prevent further damage, water extraction started immediately. The mitigation team dried the area, using moisture meters to track moisture levels.
Replacing Damaged Sheetrock
The water-damaged sheetrock was removed, and the ceiling was thoroughly dried. New sheetrock was then installed to replace the damaged portions we removed. After repairing several sections of drywall, a fresh coat of paint was applied to match the existing design.

The project manager consistently coordinated with the homeowner and insurance agent, ensuring the repairs were completed thoroughly, on time, and in accordance with the approved scope of work.
