I experienced a water leak that damaged my home, starting from my 2nd floor bathroom which traveled downstairs to my den (Women's Cave) laundry room and kitchen which caused major damage and disorder in my home over several months. My insurance company Allstate gave me the choice of getting the check myself or choosing a company to manage the project and oversee the repairs. I chose the latter option. I was assigned Level Creek Property Restoration Co. and Chris Webb was my project manager. From my initial meeting with Chris he discovered there were missing repairs that needed to be included in my claim and HE would communicate them to my Allstate claim adjuster. I knew right then I had made the "RIGHT DECISION"! The biggest PLUS for me was instead of me dealing with alot of different sub-contractors to do the work I only had to deal with 1 person!! When the work began on my home, every time we started in a different room, Chris was there to make sure I was introduced to the repairmen and to cover expectations from the beginning to the end. Chris was so attentive, keeping in constant contact with me to make sure I was pleased with the work performed and happy with the progress. Chris was VERY instrumental in making something so negative turn into a very positive outcome! We had a flooded upstairs bathroom that caused quiet a bit of damage on multiple levels of the home. Biggest damage was caused to our hardwood flooring on the main level of the house. Instead of dealing with multiple sub contractors myself for the demo, drywall, tile work, hardwood repair, refinish, painting, etc I decided to let Level Creek handle all of it as recommended by our adjuster at Travellers Insurance. Best decision I made. Our project manager, Travis, handled everything from day 1 to day 60 (yes day 60). He walked us through everything step by step, gave us unbiased suggestions, provided insight, and made sure we were happy at every step. I've recommended Level Creek to another family friend already who's home also flooded not long ago, and will recommend them to anyone dealing with a homeowners insurance claim to restore their home back to the same as it was, seamlessly as possible.

We had a chimney leak which eventually made its way down into our living room and caused damage to our hardwood floors. We contacted Level Creek and they arrived the next day to assess the situation and put a plan into place. The entire Level Creek team was fantastic! Our project manager David was involved in every part of the restoration. From repairing the leak, to patching the drywall, to the floor refinishing, they were always professional. The owner Andy even stopped in to check on the work. Highly recommended for any restoration project. You won’t be disappointed. They worked directly with our insurance company which made it was easy for us too!

Service with Level Creek was great! Travis was our contractor and did an excellent job and helping our house be put back together after some water damage. He was on point with everything from start to finish.

Mine and my husband’s church flooded in the basement and Level Creek was quick to come help. Their Project Manager, Travis, did an excellent job of moving things along and helping anyway he could. The mitigation team was a huge help and got everything cleaned up.We definitely recommend Level Creek for all your restoration needs. Travis is a wonderful team member and we couldn’t have asked for a better PM.
