Job review from Todd in Braselton, GA 30517 on 10/12/26

Level Creek went above and beyond when we needed them most!   Andy (the owner) and his team, including Mike and Steve, made sure the entire process was as seamless and fast as possible.   The flood happened just after we had finished remodeling our basement, and only three weeks before our daughter’s graduation party, which we had planned to host in our new space. My wife and I were out of town that weekend. Our daughter discovered the leak hours after it had started, and within 15 minutes of us learning about it, Level Creek was at our house. Within an hour, on a weekend, their full team had mobilized. They quickly and carefully moved our belongings out of harm’s way, removed everything that had been underwater, and photographed all of our items for documentation.   Any event like this is stressful, but Level Creek greatly reduced that stress for both my wife and I. They took charge and helped us by working with our insurance company and kept the process moving while we were still away. By the time we got home, they had already made tremendous progress saving what they could and drying out the house.   Knowing about our upcoming graduation party, they worked around the clock to order materials, hang drywall, paint, and reinstall the trim. They kept working right up until the day of the party and had the space about 90% complete, so we could enjoy that time with our daughter and the family who came into town. That kind of commitment to taking care of a client is the highest level of professionalism.   Right after the party, they were back at it, making sure our space was restored exactly as it was before. We will be forever grateful and highly recommend Level Creek!
