We had a basement flood caused by a toilet malfunction and immediately contacted our State Farm Insurance agent, who recommended Level Creek Property Restoration. Their team responded quickly, and Rico arrived right away to begin mitigation. He was attentive, clearly communicated each step, and made sure we understood the process. Rico completed the demolition efficiently, and we are now waiting for the next phase of restoration in the coming days.We also spoke with the project manager, who was very knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance.
