After the house fire, I was completely overwhelmed. The fire damaged my kitchen, living room, bathroom, and entire second level. Everything happened so quickly, and I had no idea what steps to take first to start putting my home back together. I contacted State Farm to file an insurance claim and discuss fire restoration contractors listed on State Farm’s Premier Service Program. I ended up choosing Level Creek Property Restoration, and I’m so glad I did. I’m so grateful for everything Travis, Miguel, and the entire Level Creek team did for me. From the very beginning, Travis was just incredible. His kindness, communication, and attention to detail made all the difference. He treated my home like it was his own, always having my best interests in mind. When it came to rebuilding, I honestly didn’t know exactly what I wanted for layout options, materials, kitchen counters, appliances, and everything in between. It was hard to picture what would look right or how everything would come together, but he was so patient. I felt comfortable asking questions, and he always seemed to know what I was looking for. He really guided me through everything, each step of the way. What stood out most was his attention to detail. He caught things I wouldn’t have and always made sure I was happy with the plan. They were easy to talk to and cared about the outcome as if it was his own home.   I’ve told so many people already how amazing they all were. I never thought going through a fire loss could feel this supported, but they really made it so much easier than I ever expected. I’m so thankful for Travis, Miguel, and Level Creek. They truly went above and beyond for me every step of the way.
