As first-time homebuyers, discovering that our basement was flooded was an incredibly chaotic and ultimately stressful experience. We were so relieved by Level Creek's mitigation team's prompt arrival to our home to help with this disaster!I especially want to commend Gustavo Castellano, Jose, and the temp workers who actually assisted with the recent flooring removal in our flooded basement. They were absolutely amazing!Despite the stressful circumstances of the flooding and the complexities of dealing with my insurance company and other parties, the "Tear Out Guys" made this process remarkably easy. Their service was truly impeccable from start to finish.Their constant communication was outstanding, including proactive updates as they worked and phone calls before leaving, regardless of whether we were home. It was clear that we were in incredibly capable hands with this company and these dedicated workers.Thank you Level Creek for having such an excellent team!
