I can't say enough about the talent and professionalism of the Level Creel team. A lot of companies say they stand by their work but Level Creek lives it. We had our laminate flooring done by them after some water damage almost 5 years ago. I needed to remove a partial area of the floor to get to a sub floor. No problem, I've worked with laminate in the past. WRONg, I struggled to get the area removed and when I contacted Chris Beck about the issue he was out within 48 hours to get it opened up for me to begin the project. After the treatment, I thought I could wrap it up by myself. WRONG again, for the life of me I could not get the planks attached at all. I contacted Chris again and he was out the next day to connect all the planks and wrap up the project. On short notice and Easter weekend! A huge relief as we are getting ready to sell the home. Thank you Chris and Level Creek!

Great work 5 years ago and even better follow up when needed the most.
