Fallen tree on lake home in Hartwell, GA
A tree fell on house damaging up to 20 trusses on walkout ranch roughly 2000 sqft footprint. main level has several rooms damaged and basement has one room. There was extensive damage to the interior and exterior of the structure Our team went into action to secure and board up the property, pack out the furnishings and complete the repairs. 
Ashlee, our Project Manager had a challenging situation with an elderly homeowner, which required that relatives step in to assist with communications and scheduling. Ashlee's tireless efforts made the whole team at Level Creek Property Restoration proud.

"Having a tree fall on your house is never good. Having a tree fall on your house when you're 88, seriously compromised, and in the midst of a pandemic is even worse. But this happened to my mom. We struggled to find a contractor in rural Hartwell, Georgia, but happened upon Level Creek. What a blessing that was. They responded immediately, came out to the property, provided a realistic estimate for repairs, and upon being hired worked almost to their time frame - bad weather continued to play a part in repairs, so I can't really blame them! There work was excellent, but even better, was the fact that if we questioned something, or something wasn't quite right, they made it right. I was pleasantly surprised and completely impressed.
