Today our Mitigation Team began rolling out our own internal training program based in part on Reets Drying Academy Reets TV and including a lot of our own internally developed training materials and resources.
Reets TV Courses we are now offering to our Mitigation Technicians, Reconstruction Project Managers, and other key personnel include:
Water Restoration Pro Series: This is a restoration training system that uses over 150 videos to train your staff in techniques ranging from basic to advanced. It is one of our most popular programs.
Mold Training: Teach your team how to remediate a job from start to finish.
Reets TV in Spanish: Help Spanish speakers to learn the basics of water restoration.
Our internally developed content comes from my years of experience and IICRC Certification Training, together with our Department Manager and Supervising Crew Chief, between us a combined experience of over 30 years. Why are were doing this? We wish to develop a "culture of ownership and committed to excellence" through training initiatives and a tiered workforce. We believe that better trained and equipped technicians will deliver a better product, leading to more satisfied customers. We also expect technicians who are properly trained will be more likely to develop into career restorers and be better equipped to advance within their careers. We are providing them the ladder to success.
