Our customer had an undetected leak under the kitchen sink cabinet affecting the kitchen flooring and cabinet areas and migrating down to more extensive damage in their basement. The kitchen still has the original asbestos-containing vinyl flooring underneath the present vinyl flooring.

Solution

Asbestos-containing materials are quite common in homes built up until the mid-1980's, and are not a health hazard until they are disturbed by renovation/demolition activities. Our crews are hard at work removing the Asbestos materials and taking care of the Microbial Abatement so that reconstruction can begin.
