We had a flooded upstairs bathroom that caused quiet a bit of damage on multiple levels of the home. Biggest damage was caused to our hardwood flooring on the main level of the house. Instead of dealing with multiple sub contractors myself for the demo, drywall, tile work, hardwood repair, refinish, painting, etc I decided to let Level Creek handle all of it as recommended by our adjuster at Travellers Insurance. Best decision I made. Our project manager, Travis, handled everything from day 1 to day 60 (yes day 60). He walked us through everything step by step, gave us unbiased suggestions, provided insight, and made sure we were happy at every step. I've recommended Level Creek to another family friend already who's home also flooded not long ago, and will recommend them to anyone dealing with a homeowners insurance claim to restore their home back to the same as it was, seamlessly as possible.UPDATED REVIEW: We had another flood, this time in the basement. Gustavo and Jose came to the rescue same day with VERY short notice to start inspecting the issue and get a game plan for the mediation. They were back the next day to start cleaning up, setting up fans/dehumidifiers to start the drying process. The constant communication and updates from Gustavo was beyond my expectations. This is why I called Level Creek again for our mediation/repairs, because they have true professionals handling the unexpected workload of a disaster in your home from start to finish.

I had a water leak in the shower in my basement that caused quite a lot of damage to floors and walls. The shower itself had to be removed. My insurance company got me in touch with Level Creek Restoration, and they took it from there. Travis has been great to work with. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He always kept me updated and Miguel did a fantastic job restoring my basement. If I ever need more work done on my home, Level Creek will be who I call. I highly recommend them.
