We discovered a leak under our kitchen sink that was going on for about 24-28 hours!! It was enough to leak down to bedroom in the basement! All this JUST before Thanksgiving :( :( Travis and Gustavo were our Supermen, They worked around all my family plans for Thanksgiving and got the job done :) :) :) :) Both were very professional, thorough, kind , understanding how to get it all done with the least amount of time and confusion for me :) :) THANK YOU so much, it went much smoother working with you guys. I was in need of immediate assistance with an emergency at my home from a bad storm. Level Creek came to help with making my home restored to normal. The entire staff has been EXCELLENT, they were here ASAP ( earlier than I expected) . They made me and my home a Priority. Very satisfied with Level Creek! Travis came out the next day to assess the situation and Gustavo came out and did a thorough job cleaning up the area that was damaged by fecal matter. Gustavo was very quick and discarded everything that was damaged, removed the carpet, and cleaned the walls!! He assured me all along the way that he was there to take care of the situation and that I didn’t have anything to worry about! He was right! Thank you!

One of our classroom trailers at church had a water pipe leak from the cold weather. The trailer was flooded. Level Creek came out and opened the floor and found water standing between the floor joists with the insulation soaked. Because the trailer had a crawl space, they worked from underneath, removing the under fabric and wet insulation. They strayed all floor joists with a sanitizing spray and left numerous dehumidifiers running. The team, Gustavo and Jose, did an outstanding job. I would recommend them. Thanks guys, great job.

I met Travis at Level Creek property after the first company that was originally set to work on our property were unprofessional and did not meet our standard. Gustavo did an above and beyond job. He did our demolition and mitigation work after a water damage incident. He was incredibly respectful, punctual, and informative.
