After last year's hurricane dropped a tree on my home, my next-door neighbor referred me to Level Creek. I got to witness them rebuild my neighbor's home after a complete loss to fire, so I was confident this was the right call to make.Steve Brown managed the project and was more than fair with me. Always made an effort to get the most out of the insurance claim. We got several additional reimbursements as the rebuild went on and new damages were found. We were in communication weekly about we were at and what we needed from each other to keep things moving.Like 2/3 thirds of the home had to be stripped to the studs from the tree damage and as we learned asbestos sheetrock.It was a lot of work, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and some reframing. I had another company replace the roof, but once they were done, Level Creek went to work.Finally, home and I'm really pleased with the results. Glad I went with Level Creek, as I'm sure another other route would have been overwhelming and unsatisfactory.Thanks Steve and Level Creek team!

As first-time homebuyers, discovering that our basement was flooded was an incredibly chaotic and ultimately stressful experience. Plumbing Leak Damage Restoration in Avondale Estates, GA

An Avondale Estates homeowner, insured by State Farm, contacted Level Creek after experiencing water damage to their three-story townhouse. A toilet leak from the second-floor bathroom caused significant damage, destroying the engineered hardwood flooring. The bathroom and adjacent areas required flood cuts, extensive drying, and removal of damaged materials. Flooring samples were collected to ensure accurate material replacement during reconstruction.

Level Creek worked directly with the homeowner's insurance provider from start to finish, from filing a property damage claim to detailing a scope of repairs. Reconstruction included replacing the damaged engineered hardwood flooring with luxury vinyl plank flooring (LVP) and patching drywall and paint in several areas. Finally, the home was restored to its pre-loss condition.
