Stephanie has worked in customer service for over 15 years, including project coordination a non-profit company that remodels rooms for kids with disabilities and long term illnesses. She also has her BA in Business Management, from Georgia Gwinnett College, class of 2015!
Daily, Stephanie manages work orders for project managers, reviews documentation for jobs, coordinates estimator and project manager schedules for inspections, assists with invoicing, collection of payments, managing TPA programs to meet service level agreements, answer and direct incoming calls, manage compliance of project manager and estimators, creating and managing job leads.
Stephanie's favorite thing about her job is that every day is different, lots of different scenarios, and new opportunities to assist someone in putting their home back together.
When she isn't working she is playing with her kids, taking them on walks, she loves going to concerts and watching movies, and her favorite “me time” activity is a Mani/Pedi with a venti iced vanilla chai latte!!
